Biography
Dr. Emmanuel S. Eneyo is a Professor and the Director of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. His areas of specialization include applications of knowledge-based expert systems for engineering design, planning and analysis; integrated production systems; methods engineering and work measurement for productivity improvement; engineering economic analysis for justification of potential system design alternatives; computer simulation modeling of large scale systems; intelligent modeling of data mining applications using artificial neural networks; and maintenance management systems. His professional work experience includes working for Bechtel Power Corporation, Rockwell International, and Rohr Industries, Inc. Dr. Eneyo is a senior member of IIE and SME, a member of ASEE, INFORMS, Alpha Pi Mu and Tau Beta Pi. He is the faculty advisor for the SIUE student chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
