Course Outcomes
|
Students successfully
completing this course will have the ability to:
1. Design engineering
material property modification processes.
2. Understand the
principles associated with basic engineering metrology.
3. Perform quantitative
manufacturing process analysis; quantify, evaluate, and calculate
manufacturing processes pertinent physical factors such as force, torque,
spindle speed, etc. for:
i) Bulk deformation
processes
ii) Sheet metalworking processes
iii) Material removal processes
4. Perform manufacturing
cost estimation analyses.
