SIUE students enjoy affordable tuition, kept low by strong state support. An undergraduate textbook rental program also reduces costs. For the 2004-2005 academic year (fall and spring semesters combined), the tuition and fees paid by a full-time undergraduate student with Illinois residency will be $4,859^* per year.

Sixty-one percent of SIUE students receive some type of financial aid. More than $64 million in financial aid was awarded for 2003-2004.
