Finding the Hidden Implant in Your Practice	Friday, May 2, 2008 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.	SIU School of Dental Medicine, 2800 College Ave Hoag Hall, Building 283 Alton, IL	$100 for Non-golfers; $0 Prophy Cup Golfers	May 1, 2008	Participants in the 13th Annual Prophy Cup Challenge are exempt from paying the $75 registration fee, but pre-registration for the CE program is desired. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellation of registration less than three days before the program.
