The College of Arts and Sciences is grateful to all the generous contributors who helped support excellence in education during academic year 2006-2007. Gifts from alumni, corporations, foundations, and friends allowed the College to offer enhancements to our academic programs.
With your help, CAS was able to assist with scholarships, student awards, assistantships, visiting artists and lecturers, literary journals, student travel-learning experiences, presentations of research at conferences as well as art, music and theater events on campus. Contributions enabled us to also provide funding assistance for department alumni events and the CAS Colloquium. These are just a few of a long list of enhancements that enrich the educational experience of our students—all made possible through CAS alumni and friends contributions.
