Catalog Description: Four Semester Hours. Inferential statistics. Estimation and hypothesis testing of means and proportions. Inference with simple and multiple regression. Variance and contingency table analysis.

Prerequisite: MATH 120 (College Algebra). Note that a 'C,' or better, is required in MATH 120 for all majors in the School of Business. Business majors that earned a 'D' in MATH 120 are strongly encouraged to retake MATH 120 prior to enrolling in MS 251.
