Address Changes.
Billing address
can be changed on CougarNet or
by completing this Personal Data Form and
mail or fax to
Office of the Bursar. You can also get this form at the Service
Center
or at the
Bursar's Office.
Please do not forget to indicate what address you want to change
on the form.
*** You
should specify a billing address if you want your bills, refunds,
and Tuition Payments
Statement (1098-T) for Hope and Lifetime Learning
Tax Credits to be mailed to an
address other than your local or permanent address.
If you are living on campus and
want your bills to go to your parents or another
third party, you must specify a billing
address.
Permanent
and Local Address Changes.
You can change your
address by completing Personal Data Form at the Service Center,
Rendleman Hall,
Room 1309; calling the Office of the Registrar at (618) 650-2080;
mailing
or faxing a written
request to the Office of the Registrar; or you can change your local
address
or billing address on
CougarNet. You should
indicate what your billing address, local address,
and permanent should be
in your request.
Please note that
changing your permanent address to an out-of-state address will change
your
residency to
out-of-state, and you will be billed for out-of-state tuition.
