20 Questions for Holly Noller Favorite Food: Pasta Favorite Edwardsville restaurant: Applebees Favorite TV Show: CSI Favorite Movies: Paycheck and The Italian Job Favorite Actor/Actress: Sandra Bullock and Densel Washington If a movie were made about you, which actress would you want to play the part of you? There is a movie already...Miss Congeniality and Sandra Bullock plays the part of me. Favorite Musical Group/Singer: Eagles Favorite Sport Other than Track and Field: I love softball. What is your major and why? Secondary Education Math, I want to change the world one student at a time...haha. I really want to pass my enthusiasm for a subject on to students and show them math really can be fun. Favorite Place on Campus: Rec Center Something the average person doesn't know about me: I'm a loser and spend most New Year's Eves at home with my parents and sister watching movies or playing cards....and I love it. If you had to give up all your possessions but one, what would you keep? My sudoku puzzle book If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would it be and why? Bill Gates so I could a) Give myself some obscure job doing nothing and making tons b) Donate part of his fortune to SIUE Track and Field and c) Have you seen his house? Who has influenced you the most in your life? my family Name three people, (dead or alive) that you would like to have dinner with: Aunt B, Aunt Donnie and Grandma Theresa Why did you choose to come to SIUE? I really liked the school. I like the location 20 min from St. Louis and over an hour from home. I love how beautiful the campus is and I love that I can get a great education. Track really had nothing to do with it but is an added bonus. How different are practices at SIUE compared to your high school? I went to a small school and I compete in track and softball at the same time. So, I never really went to any track practices in high school but I can say we do a lot more lifting here. And I actually have a coach who competed in the events I do so he knows how and what to tell do. I think learning technique has really helped me improve besides only concentrating on one sport not four. Do you have any superstitions before competing? nope Which teammate is most likely to be a head coach one day? I would say Trae Cotner. The best things about SIUE track and field are: The people, we work hard together and we also have a lot of fun together. |
