Humphrey Earns Academic Award
         Southern Illinois University Edwardsville defender Kelley Humphrey (Edwardsville) was named to the 2007 ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-District V College Division Women's Soccer third team.
         The Academic All-District team includes all NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA school from Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and parts of Canada. They are selected by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America. Humphrey also recently earned second team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference honors as a defender.
         Humphrey, who holds a 4.00 grade point average in Secondary Education at SIUE, has been one of the major reasons for the Cougars' 13-4-1 record this season, including a school record-tying 10 game-winning streak. Humphrey has started all 18 games for the Cougars this season.
