SIUE Rolls Over UW-Parkside
         EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Southern Illinois University Edwardsville scored all three of it goals in the first half and rolled to a 3-1 victory Friday over UW-Parkside.
         SIUE improved to 4-3-1 overall and 3-2 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference with the win. The Cougars next face Lewis Sunday at Korte Stadium at noon.
         Jenny Kates put SIUE on the scoreboard early with a score past UW-Parkside goalkeeper Erica Higuchi at 11:03. Chelsey Johnston provided the perfect pass from the the right wing.
         Jennifer Kratzer ended up with the eventual game-winner for SIUE, scoring on a header from Elizabeth Valenti's free kick at 23:59.
         SIUE's Katie Yearian provided the third goal unassisted after beating a pair of UWP defenders at 43:36.
         Brittany Kaim scored UWP's lone goal at 56:01 past SIUE goalkeeper Kim Roady, who recorded five saves for the win.
         The shots were even at 9-9.
