Complete Results May 5, 2004 Women’s Golf in Finishes Fifth at NCAA Regional Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, making its second-consecutive NCAA Women's Golf East Regional appearance, turned in a fifth place finish at the event played at Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Mich. The Cougars were led by senior Katie Farrell after she shot a third-round score of 81, bringing her into a tie for 13th place. Kallie Harrison, who also shot 81 in the third round, finished the tournament in 17th place. Brittany Hood, who entered round three tied for 14th and SIUE's leader, slipped with an 86 in the final round to move her into a tie for 20th. Following Hood was Kacy Gruenkemeyer, who finished 26th, and Brittany Auld, who finished in 33rd place.
