November 22, 2006 SIUE Men's Tennis Signs Highley          EDWARDSVILLE, ILL. - Austin Highley (Edwardsville) has signed a national letter of intent to play college tennis for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.          Highley, an Edwardsville High School product, was a third team All-State player in double last season and a first team All-Southwestern Conference selection.          SIUE Associate Head Coach Kyler Updyke said Highley is a local player who can excel at the collegiate level.          "He's got a lot of talent," said Updyke. "He can definitely be a good player if he puts the effort into it."                   -siue cougars-
