In high school every rep was all out, here there is a little more science to it, and I can actually make it through the entire workout. Do you have any superstitions before competing? Not really, I have habits. I pray and then I tied my shoes, do a couple strides, retie and double knot my shoes. Which teammate is most likely to be a head coach one day? Trae The best things about SIUE track and field are: teammates, coaches, knowing that everytime I step on the track, I'm prepared to run faster than last time. |
