March 13, 2004 Skirball Tabbed All-American BOSTON - Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's Richard Skirball (Granite City) earned All-American honors after finishing sixth in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Reggie Lewis Center. Skirball, a senior, clocked a time of 1 minute, 52.54 seconds in the event. The top-eight finishers in the event earn All-American status. Skirball and the rest of the Cougars will now try to build on their record-setting indoor season when the outdoor season kicks off the first weekend of April.
