March 4, 2003 Milleville Caps Season With Two School Records        Despite breaking the school record in both the shot put and weight throw during the 2003 indoor track and field season, Mark Milleville (Altamont) will not participate in the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships.        Milleville provisionally qualified in each event earlier in the season, but slipped from the top-12 near the end of the season. Only the top-12 qualifiers in each event get the invitation to attend the national meet.        “Mark had a consistent and strong indoor season,” said Coach Darryl Frerker. “It is still a good feat just to provisionally qualify for the national meet.”        Milleville’s top marks in the shot put and weight throw this season were 53’ 7.75” and 58’ .25”, respectively.               -siue cougars-
