October 17, 2006 SIUE Men's Soccer Moves Up to No. 7 Southern Illinois University Edwardsville continued its climb with a No. 7 ranking nationally this week. SIUE, 11-3-3 overall, is ranked No. 1 in the Great Lakes Region, according to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. SIUE is the No. 1 seed for the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament and will play Missouri-St. Louis in the quarterfinals on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Below is the poll as of October 10.
