December 21, 2007 SIUE Men's Golf Signs Ryan Otten EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Southern Illinois University Edwardsville has signed Ryan Otten (Springfield) to a national letter of intent to play men's golf next season.          Otten becomes the third signee of the season for Coach Kyle Viehl. Otten hails from Chatham Glenwood High School, where he placed third at the Springfield Regional Tournament this past fall.          "Ryan is an accomplished high school player with lots of potential," said Viehl.          Otten was the medalist in nine out of 16 matches this past season. A four-year letter winner and a three-time All-Conference selection, he also holds tournament titles at the Taylorville Invite, the Mattoon Invite, the County Championship, and the Springfield City Tournament (High School Division).                   -siue cougars-
