2003-2004 Men's Player of the Week Kentucky Wesleyan senior center Eric Freeman averaged 28 points, 13 rebounds and shot 62.9 percent of his field goal tries in leading his team to crucial conference victories over Indianapolis and Northern Kentucky to earn Player of the Week honors in the GLVC. Freeman began the week by hitting 13-19 shots en route to a game-high 35 points and grabbing 15 rebounds as the Panthers won a classic 121-118 overtime contest against Indianapolis. He came back to score a game-high 21 points on 9-16 attempts and collect 11 more rebounds as KWC ended the regular-season with a hard-fought 87-66 triumph over the Norse. This is the fifth time Freeman has won Player of the Week honors this season. He is a senior physical education major from Columbus, Georgia.
