October 26, 2002 Cougars Finish Second at GLVC        Ryan Boyll (Normal), Brian Taghon (East Moline) and Jason Olszowka (Lockport) all finished in the top 10 at Saturday's Great Lakes Valley Conference men's cross country championship, but the Cougars still fell short as Lewis University claimed the men's title with 42 points.        SIUE was a close second with 48 points.        By finishing in the top 10, all three were named All-Great Lakes Valley Conference. It's the most All-GLVC finishers for SIUE since the Cougars joined the league.        Boyll led the Cougar pack by finishing fifth overall in a 10,000 meter time of 32 minutes, 51 seconds. Taghon followed in sixth in a time of 33:00. Olszowka finished ninth with a time of 33:04 in his final GLVC championship.        Nick Campbell (Charleston) ran to a 12th place finish in 33:18, while Jon Sadowski (Springfield) finished 16th with at time of 33:25.        Southern Indiana's Joey Byrne finished in 32:17 to take home the individual crown for the second-straight year.               -siue cougars-
