January 17, 2001 Forty-one Student-Athletes Named to Dean's List (EDWARDSVILLE, Ill.) Forty-one student-athletes, including eight members of the women's basketball team, were named to the fall term Dean's List at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. These student-athletes achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale. Each student-athlete also completed 12 or more hours for the fall term. The SIUE women's basketball team achieved the highest grade point average as a team with a composite GPA of 3.544. Volleyball was next with a 3.236 GPA.
