It is Alestle policy to attempt to place advertising according to the wishes of the customer and/or the ad's nature-of-content. However, page placement cannot be guaranteed.

The Alestle may resize any ad submitted for publication to fit the mechanical specifications of the paper. All instructions relative to advertising content must be given in writing. The publication of copy last furnished on contracts stipulating space to be used on stated days or specific weeks shall continue until new copy is given.

The Alestle will not be held responsible for errors or omissions, nor for lost or decreased profits sustained by the advertiser on sales made in accordance with such errors. Any such errors or omissions will be made good by additional publication of a corrected ad or adjustment as repayment for error before final settlement. Such settlements will not be considered unless the Alestle is notified prior to the advertiser's next insertion deadline or within five days, whichever is sooner.
